Robert Mayfield brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in a Fortune 100 company including eleven years in executive positions. With a background in information technology and management consulting, his career focus has included the turn-around of troubled organizations, mergers of groups and companies, startups of new organizations, as well as the startup and running of his own business. He has broad experience in applying technology to transform business operations and has managed large volume business solution enterprises throughout the U.S., Asia, Brazil, and Australia. He is also a certified executive coach specializing in leadership for individuals and teams in the areas of personal leadership, team performance, strategic thinking, change management, influence, negotiation and communication. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.

Ron Marguglio
Ron Marguglio is a Senior Consultant with over 30 years of senior management experience. He has held positions as a Divisional V.P., Regional V.P. of Operations, and V.P. of Marketing with a corporation with over $2 billion in revenue. Mr. Marguglio has also served as Executive V.P., and a Corporate Officer of a $40 million software Corporation.

- Ron's extensive management experience was in the capacity of business to business sales, services, and support. He is a proven and seasoned expert in developing sales and marketing strategies, designing, re-engineering, and implementing integrated product development processes, and developing insightful and challenging strategic initiatives.
- Coaching:
- In Ron's extensive management career he has been a mentor and coach for employees who needed to develop or improve their basic business skills, he has worked developing senior executives, coached sales staffs and managers toward sharpening their skills and increasing results.
- Training:
- Ron began his professional career as a high school teacher and coach. Since that time he has been actively involved in developing and delivering training designed for working adults. His workshops have included Developing Strategic Partnerships, Creating Self-Directed Teams, and Developing Customer Partnerships. Ron is also a gifted and experienced speaker who has frequently been a featured or keynote speaker at business conferences.
